Recently, in Jingxinghuating Community, Luqiao Street, Luqiao District, Taizhou City, Zhejiang Province, a bag of perishable garbage filled with peels and leftovers was thrown into the green bucket of the garbage sorting station. Since then, this bag of perishable garbage has embarked on a wonderful journey from "waste" to "product".

In recent years, Luqiao District has made every effort to promote the classification of waste throughout the industry. The service points for the collection and transportation of kitchen waste and kitchen waste have been expanded to more than 1600. The "special car line" of perishable garbage has been fully covered, realizing resource recycling and promoting the formation of green production and lifestyle.

At 6:30 in the morning, Jin Cailian, a supervisor wearing a green vest, was on time at the garbage sorting station in Jingxing Huating Community. Seeing that the residents put in kitchen waste, she helped break the bags and put them in green cans of perishable garbage.

"I mainly guide everyone to separate out and put the garbage in place to provide preliminary services for subsequent classified collection and transportation." Jin Cailian said that as the concept of garbage classification has gradually become deeply rooted in the hearts of the people, more and more residents are willing to divide and divide accurately.

It is reported that there are 485 households in Jingxing Huating Community, and a total of 329 households currently live in it. In order to actively guide residents to participate in the garbage classification action, three good families with garbage classification were successfully listed on the red and black list on the community's garbage classification publicity column. Red list.

"On the one hand, we are using our brains to innovate and popularize forms, changing 'want me to classify' to 'I want to classify' to increase the separation rate of perishable garbage; on the other hand, through learningXiTraining improves the professional ability of supervisors and urges residents to correctly classify and release garbage." Tan Baojun, chief of the Supervision Section of the Luqiao District Classification Office, said.

In addition to publicity, supervision is also needed. The Luqiao District Classification Office, in conjunction with various comprehensive law enforcement teams, has formed a general loop of "inspection problems-discovery of problems-assignment of problems" and a small closed loop of "supervision problems-transfer of clues-law enforcement follow-up" through on-site inspections, online inspections and unannounced inspections. Promote reform through cases and force the source classification work to advance in an orderly manner.

After the morning release time ended, Bao Hesong, a staff member of the kitchen waste collection and transportation station of Taizhou Fuxing Ecological Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd., drove a perishable garbage collection and transportation vehicle to the community garbage classification station.

70kg, which is the weight of perishable garbage contained in this green barrel. After recording the weight, Bao Hesong manipulated the equipment to dump the perishable garbage into the car body and transport it to the disposal company together with the 7 tons of perishable garbage in the car.

"I start collecting and transporting goods at around 3 a.m. every day, and carry out transportation and transportation of government agencies, enterprises, institutions, schools, restaurants, communities, etc. in turn according to the route plan." Bao Hesong introduced that there are 6 perishable garbage collection and transportation trucks in the road and bridge area every day. Currently, 102 communities are included in the collection and transportation, and about 73 tons of perishable garbage are collected every day in Luqiao District.

When the vehicle sets off for the Organic Matter Recycling Center in Taizhou City, at the dispatch center more than 20 kilometers away, the large screen is displaying the latest transportation situation in real time: a vehicle has collected 43 points and completed the collection and transportation of this route. Work, driving on Dongfang Avenue...

"We will track the collection and transportation status, travel trajectory, weight and other information of the collection and transportation vehicles in real time. Each vehicle will have a fixed route to keep track of the collection and transportation of kitchen waste in various places in real time. The confiscated points will be displayed in red, and the collected ones will be green. It will be clear at a glance." Hu Jiangyan, a staff member of the dispatch center, said.

Terminal disposal is the "last mile" of garbage classification. After a 40-minute drive, Bao Hesong drove his vehicle to the Taizhou Urban Organic Matter Recycling Center in Pengjie Town. This is the first batch of provincial-level kitchen waste resource comprehensive utilization and harmless disposal demonstration pilot projects in Taizhou City. The processing scale of kitchen waste is about 300 tons/day, and the processing scale of waste edible oil is about 30 tons/day.

The first level to arrive at the Organic Matter Recycling Center in Taizhou City is weighing. The weighbridge at the door uploaded the vehicle's load in real time. Then the perishable garbage was slowly poured into the receiving bin, and then entered the fully enclosed treatment system. The machine roared. After the "digestion" of the "rough sorting of large substances + crushing and pulping + sand removal + oil-water separation" process, the kitchen waste achieved a "makeover".

According to reports, through process innovation and the adoption of the "anaerobic digestion + biogas power generation + biological conversion" efficient treatment process, the reduction, resource utilization and harmlessness of kitchen waste can be maximized. At present, the Taizhou Urban Organic Matter Recycling Center Project has achieved a daily processing capacity of 300 tons of kitchen waste, an annual output of approximately 12.5 million kilowatt-hours of green electricity, and can reduce carbon dioxide emissions by approximately 10,000 tons/year, equivalent to planting trees by approximately 560,000 trees/year. At the same time, the annual output of industrial-grade mixed oil is approximately 4800 tons/year.
