Tape and electronic face sheets achieve "slimming" and reduce the burden on express packaging

As an exhibitor of the "Supply Chain and Business Services" special exhibition, Yunda Express takes the theme of "leading quality and efficiency, leading digital intelligence, and innovation-driven", comprehensively displays the company's achievements in digitalization, intelligence and greening. Among them, to promote the "Green Revolution" section of express packaging, Yunda used a set of eye-catching numbers to attract many visitors to stop.

The reporter learned that in recent years, in response to the national call for environmental protection and energy conservation, Yunda has launched express packaging recycling boxes and recycling boxes and promoted them throughout the network. "So far, we have implemented more than 12000 recycling boxes and more than 10000 recycling boxes, all over outlets and distribution centers. At the same time, the recycling express box is made of environmentally friendly PP plastic, which is degradable and non-polluting, and can be reused more than 50 times. The innovative use of snap-in sealing breaks away from the reliance on traditional plastic tape and truly achieves the goal of generating '0' packaging waste during recycling." "In the initial stage of express delivery collection, Yunda uniformly switched the entire platform's electronic face sheet into a single face sheet, achieving a major reduction in the electronic face sheet, removing redundancy, and loading it lightly. The electronic sheet has changed from two sheets to one sheet, reducing the area by nearly half. This alone, Yunda can save more than 100,000 A4-sized sheets of paper every year. At the same time, we actively responded to the 'tape slimming' plan, giving priority to purchasing 'slimming tapes' below 45 mm that meet national standards, industry standards and relevant national regulations, and gradually promoting their use throughout the network to reduce the amount of tape used during production and operation." Actively implement the "double carbon" strategy and promote the green and low-carbon transformation of the logistics industry

The Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei regional logistics network has become more complete. The construction of the logistics network has achieved an integrated advancement of "point-line-area". The three-dimensional logistics system of land, sea and air has been continuously improved, the network structure has been continuously optimized, and regional transportation efficiency has been significantly improved. With people's consumption of online purchases and global purchases, the spatial pattern of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei e-commerce logistics and express delivery industry has undergone major changes. In 2023, the regional express delivery business volume will reach 10.55 billion pieces. Green logistics and cold chain logistics are compatible with the development of the times. The number of "green warehouse" certifications in Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei has increased year by year. As of July this year, 83 "green warehouse" star certifications in China have been obtained. The Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei agricultural product cold chain logistics system with a 50-kilometer commuter circle, a 100-kilometer functional circle, and a 150-kilometer industrial circle has taken shape.
