Jereh Group released its self-developed new product On-site treatment of oily waste to resolve the risk of off-site disposal
"Oilfield oily waste is hazardous waste, and there are problems such as hazardous waste storage, transfer management, and resource waste in centralized transportation and disposal. At the 24th China International Petroleum & Petrochemical Technology and Equipment Exhibition (cipPE2024) held recently, Li Zhiyong, CEO of Jereh Group, said that the company's self-developed GreenWell distributed hazardous waste treatment equipment will effectively solve this problem.
It is understood that in the process of oil and gas development, oil and gas exploitation is accompanied by the generation of hazardous wastes such as oil-based cuttings, and the traditional treatment method is to transfer hazardous waste to a centralized treatment station for unified treatment.
The new distributed hazardous waste treatment equipment launched by Jereh Group can treat hazardous waste in the process of oil and gas development on site, and realize the recycling of oil, water and tailings. Among them, the source reduction of oil-based cuttings well site is more than 20%, the recovery rate of base oil is more than 95%, and the wastewater can be recycled in the system.
Li Zhiyong said that when we developed GreenWell distributed hazardous waste treatment equipment, we took into account the conversion of different scenarios, so we specially adopted the modular and miniaturized design concept, and the equipment can process up to 60 tons/day, which can meet the waste production needs of single and double drilling rig platforms, and achieve cost reduction and efficiency increase.
The reporter saw at the exhibition site that Jereh's booth was crowded, and there was an endless stream of visitors, who were full of interest in the new products. It is understood that a new generation of Jereh turbo fracturing truck was also on display. The vehicle design of this equipment is highly integrated, convenient and efficient transportation, equipped with the company's independent research and development of continuous working condition type 5000 horsepower piston pump, which can operate continuously under high load conditions, and the stable operating displacement can reach 2 cubic meters per minute, which can make oil and gas exploitation operations more efficient.
Jereh Turbo Fracturing Truck also considers energy saving, cost reduction, and environmental protection, using the world's highest emission level EPA T4F as the reference standard, using natural gas as fuel and directly driving the fracturing pump through the turbine engine, reducing total greenhouse gas emissions by 25.5% and particulate matter emissions by 33%.
At present, this equipment has completed 270,000 hours of fracturing operations in shale gas well sites in the United States, reducing carbon emissions by 1.6 million tons, which is equivalent to the carbon emissions of 350,000 vehicles in a year.
