Shiyan's first "optical storage and charging" project was put into use

A few days ago, the State Grid Shiyan Power Supply Company organized professionals to accept the integration project of photovoltaic power station, energy storage station and charging station in Shuangxing Dongfeng Tire Intelligent Manufacturing Industrial Park. The project was officially connected to the grid and put into operation on the same day.

It is reported that after the project is put into operation, it can not only meet the production electricity demand of the plant, promote the comprehensive consumption of clean energy, reduce the annual energy cost by 2.9 million yuan, but also save 1.1 million yuan in annual cost through the peak-to-valley price difference of energy storage. In addition, it can save about 2,767 tons of standard coal and reduce carbon dioxide emissions by about 7,638 tons every year.

The project uses the roof of the workshop to lay 17,388 monocrystalline silicon photovoltaic modules to build a 9.3 megawatt photovoltaic power station. During peak hours, the factory uses solar panels to produce independent electricity, and in accordance with the principle of "full and discharged", it is equipped with 2.6 MWh energy storage equipment, which completes two charging and discharging cycles every day, stores the electric energy during the valley price period, releases and replaces the power grid during the peak electricity price period, and obtains the income of peak shifting and valley filling, saving 5,200 kWh of electricity per day.

At the same time, the industrial park is equipped with a 140 kW AC charging station, with a total of 10 charging piles, which can charge 20 new energy vehicles at the same time.
