The reporter learned from China General Nuclear Power Group (hereinafter referred to as CGNPC) on the 19th that China's first all-green power supply virtual power plant project has been officially put into operation in Ningbo Dongfang Cable Park, Zhejiang.

It is understood that the project has achieved traceable all-green power supply in the industrial park. Through the coordinated operation of photovoltaics, energy storage, charging piles, and industrial loads, real-time economic intelligent switching of multiple power sources can be realized.

The project is also the first traceable green power supply virtual power plant project in China. It builds 12.012 MW of distributed photovoltaic power in the park, is equipped with a 5 MW/11.2 MWh energy storage system, and 2 120-kilowatt dual-gun DC distributed charging piles and 10 14-kilowatt dual-gun AC charging piles. By integrating flexible resources such as photovoltaics, energy storage, and charging piles, 80% of the park's daily electricity needs can be solved, and the remaining 20% of the electricity shortage can be replenished by purchasing green electricity from CGNPC's Zhejiang Tuci Offshore Wind Farm.

Relying on the CGNPC virtual power plant demonstration platform, the project has built an integrated management model for distributed resources of multiple energy sources, charges, storage and charging to achieve traceable green power supply 24 hours a day. In addition, the CGN Virtual Power Plant Demonstration Platform can monitor and analyze the park's all-day electricity consumption, power generation, energy storage and green power supply ratio, and intelligently switch management of various power supplies with reference to real-time electricity prices and other information, providing clear and transparent Energy use information significantly improves the economy of the project.

Cheng Hexiang, deputy chief engineer of China General Nuclear Power New Energy Holdings Co., Ltd., said that the project is based on energy Internet technology and breaks the limitations of traditional power plant operation models and productivity development paths. It is a new business model such as electricity carbon trading and user-side energy management services. Active exploration. Based on the experience of the project, CGNPC will continue to deepen and improve the economic benefits and market competitiveness of the project, and replicate and promote the all-green power virtual power plant model nationwide, especially in areas rich in green power energy and in large demand.
