At present, the phenyl phosphide produced by the company can not only meet its own production needs, but can also be supplied to the outside world.
Walking into the production workshop of Hubei Meichen Environmental Protection Co., Ltd., another company in Hubei High-tech Zone, the assembled phosphogypsum leachate equipment produced by the company looks like a large "water purifier." "The biggest advantage of this device is that it breaks the traditional large-scale civil construction method. We customize and complete the assembly in the workshop according to the needs of phosphorus chemical companies. The green factory construction of Hubei Wanglin New Materials Technology Co., Ltd. focuses on land intensification, harmless raw materials, clean and purified production, waste recycling, and low-carbon energy.
"In terms of raw materials, solid esterification catalysts are used to replace liquid catalysts such as concentrated sulfuric acid, and ordinary chemicals are used to replace some precursor and explosive chemicals, such as xylene instead of toluene under reflux azeotrope, and glycerol instead of pentaerythritol. In addition, recycled raw materials are used to replace raw materials to achieve resource recycling." Liu Binghong, general manager of Wanglin New Materials, said. It is estimated that the utilization rate of green materials in enterprises is 36.13%. The comprehensive utilization rate of industrial solid waste is 100%. At the same time, Wanglin New Materials continues to optimize the energy-use structure, build solar photovoltaic systems, implement digital and intelligent production line upgrades, reduce energy consumption per unit of product, and gradually achieve low carbonization of energy consumption and clean and purified production processes.
