The main pollutants in the carbon black production process include waste gas and wastewater. Toxic gases such as sulfur dioxide, nitrogen oxides, benzene and its analogues in exhaust gas pose a threat to the environment and human health. Suspended solids, heavy metal ions, organic matter, etc. in wastewater can also cause pollution to water bodies. Black Cat adopts more advanced furnace technology and introduces dust removal, desulfurization and denitrification equipment to reduce harmful gas emissions. Through the comprehensive utilization technology of carbon black tail gas, we can realize the recovery of heat energy in carbon black tail gas and the disposal of harmful components, and promote the development of the carbon black industry in the direction of high efficiency, energy conservation, low-carbon and environmental protection. At the same time, advanced water treatment technologies, such as biological treatment, advanced treatment and recycling, are used to reduce the content of organic matters and heavy metal ions in wastewater.

Black Cat Co., Ltd. organically combines carbon black production, waste gas utilization and tar refining in production, and utilizes the metabolism between its industries to form a good symbiotic relationship and effectively develop a circular economy.

Its independently innovative new process technology carbon black production plant with an annual output of 40,000 tons uses a 950 ° C high temperature air preheater, a new process non-jacketed five-stage reaction furnace, a 2037 ° C carbon black reaction process and supporting carbon black tail gas waste heat power generation device, which can basically recycle all the available heat energy in the 1100 ° C-280 ° C range in the carbon black flue gas. The total amount of recycled heat energy accounts for about 73% of the (physical heat) heat energy in high-temperature flue gas, which is equivalent to 10.3% of the total energy entering the reaction system during carbon black production.

Establish a tail-gas power generation project with a total installed capacity of 178.5MW, with an annual power generation capacity of 785 million kilowatt-hours, equivalent to 96,545.23 tons of standard coal. A large amount of tail gas generated in the production of carbon black is recycled for power generation or thermal energy utilization, and the utilization of production electricity and steam and other thermal energy, turning it into treasure, taking into account economic development and environmental protection.
