First, bamboo fiber was invented in 2000 to upgrade ordinary viscose made from cotton to green bamboo fiber made from natural bamboo.
Second, in 2016, it jointly built a 60,000-ton differentiated acrylic fiber project with the Gaocheng government, and stopped the cotton pulp production line, reducing the unit consumption of water for fiber production from 100 tons to less than 10 tons.
Third, in 2021, the original 30,000-ton viscose fiber production line and a 75-ton/hour coal-fired boiler were suspended, and a joint venture with the Gaocheng government was built to build a carbon fiber composite material project, which will provide the basis for the chemical fiber group's carbon fiber chain extension and strengthen the chain. lay the foundation. The annual industrial output value increased from 500 million yuan to 2.5 billion yuan, helping Gaocheng's economy continue to grow.
Green environmental protection, reduce pollution and increase efficiency
Jigao Chemical Fiber is well aware of Shijiazhuang's important environmental protection responsibilities in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei economic circle. Since its establishment, Jigao Chemical Fiber has always placed environmental protection in an important position. In compliance with relevant national, provincial, municipal and county laws, regulations, policies and standards, it strictly implements the environmental protection "three simultaneity" system and the pollution discharge permit system, adheres to the combination of pollution prevention and control, increases capital investment, accelerates technological progress, saves energy, reduces consumption, reduces pollution, and increases efficiency, and achieves environmental benefits, Simultaneous improvement of economic and social benefits.
Between 2022 and 2024, Jigao Chemical Fiber has invested a total of 6 million yuan in environmental protection and emission reduction to carry out comprehensive environmental protection renovations on Jigao Thermal Power and Aikerui. Jigao Thermal Power has implemented SNCR-Z denitrification transformation and dry desulfurization transformation, while Aikore's drying waste gas has been transformed such as waste heat elimination. These modifications have reduced the nitrogen oxide emission concentration from 20-25mg/m³ to below 10mg/m³, the sulfur dioxide emission concentration from 15-20mg/m³ to below 10mg/m³, and the particulate matter emission concentration from 3.2 mg/m³ to approximately 2.0 mg/m³, and the VOCs emission concentration has dropped from 10mg/m³ to 3.0 mg/m³. From January to September 2024, the total emission of three pollutants: particulate matter, sulfur dioxide and nitrogen oxides from Jigao Thermal Power will be 11.98 tons. It is estimated that the total emission of the three pollutants will be 20.6 tons in 2024, which is far lower than the emission permit of 94 tons/year. Indicator, Aikerui emitted a total of 0.99 tons of VOCs from January to September, and it is expected that VOCs emissions will be 1.2 tons in 2024, far lower than the emission permit of 23.28 tons/year.
Reduce coal and carbon, green development
When the two 75-ton boilers of Jigao Chemical Fiber were put into operation at the same time, the thermal power consumption in 2019 was 151,000 tons of standard coal and the carbon emissions were 455,000 tons. After a 75-ton boiler was stopped in 2022, the standard coal combustion volume was 99,000 tons, and the carbon emissions were 255,000 tons. The reduction in coal consumption will reduce carbon emissions by 43% in 2022 compared with 2019. At the same time, from 2022 to 2024, Jigao Chemical Fiber will reduce coal by 45,000 tons and reduce carbon emissions by 26%.
