On June 25, the launch ceremony of the Harbin Carbon Inclusive Platform-"Carbon Benefit Ice City Beautiful China"-"Carbon Benefit Ice City" was held at the All-China Federation of China (Harbin) Model Worker Skills Exchange Base. It is reported that the platform uses digital technologies such as cloud computing, big data, and blockchain to actively explore convenient ways for the public to participate in low-carbon emission reduction, making it the first in the three northeastern provinces.

Mini programs have been connected to multiple application scenarios such as public transportation and subway, Hunemao, Meituan riding, Didi taxi, CD-ROM check-in, fast electricity, and special calls. The digitally intelligent cockpit configured in the background can monitor the total carbon emissions in real time, display the emission reduction results of individuals or enterprises, and form the "carbon ledger" of the ice city. The Ecological Environment Bureaus of Harbin City, Luzhou City, and Rizhao City held cross-regional cooperation signing ceremonies for "Carbon Benefit Ice City","Green Bud Points" and "Carbon Benefit Rizhao" for local carbon inclusive projects. In addition, it has also issued in-depth cooperation institution certificates to 18 institutions including Bank of Communications, China Construction Bank, China Quality Certification Center, and Harbin University to provide support for the future expansion and upgrading of the Harbin Carbon Inclusive Platform.
