On May 15, the "National Low Carbon Day" theme publicity activity in Jiading District, Shanghai was held in Jiading Hydrogen Energy Port in Anting Town. Anting Town is an important town for the development of the automobile industry in Shanghai and even the whole country, and it is also a gathering place for the hydrogen energy industry. The theme of this event is "Already have 'hydrogen' and 'pavilions' on the head", which is intended to promote the synergy of pollution reduction and carbon reduction at a high level, build the hydrogen energy port into a vivid practice of future development, and lead the comprehensive green and low-carbon transformation of Jiading District.
The "Jiading Hydrogen Energy Port Collaborative Innovation Pilot Task List" was released at the event, and the "List" proposed that based on the characteristics of the hydrogen fuel cell vehicle industry cluster in Jiading District, focus on the hydrogen-related field to carry out collaborative innovation practice of pollution reduction and carbon reduction. By 2026, a relatively complete set of collaborative innovation management mechanisms, technical paths and policy measures for pollution reduction and carbon reduction will be formed, and positive progress will be made in the coordinated promotion of carbon emission intensity reduction and major pollutant emission reduction, and the synergy degree of pollution reduction and carbon reduction will reach the leading level of the same type of industrial park.
According to Qiu Peng, general manager of Jiading Hydrogen Energy Port, there are more than 60 enterprises in the park, with a total investment of more than 10 billion, and a relatively complete hydrogen energy industry framework system such as research and development of key components, fuel cell system production and supporting infrastructure for hydrogen refueling stations has been initially formed. In the future, the hydrogen energy port will continue to explore the application of fuel cell vehicles, the construction of hydrogen supply network, the carbon reduction of enterprises in the park, and the integration of source, grid, load and storage, so as to create a system ecology of "hydrogen injection into the whole chain", a hydrogen energy ecology of "hydrogen + carbon-", and an enabling ecology of "hydrogen city future".
At the event, Qi Kang, Deputy General Manager of Shanghai Energy Conservation and Emission Reduction Center, Professor Xiu Guangli, Professor and Doctoral Supervisor of East China University of Science and Technology, Professor He Yiliang, Vice Dean of Sino-British International Low Carbon Institute of Shanghai Jiao Tong University, Lu Bingqing, Deputy General Manager of Shanghai Environment and Energy Exchange, and Professor Wang Hongtao of School of Environmental Science and Engineering, Tongji University, Professor Liu Qiang, Vice Dean of the Lisbon College of Shanghai University, was appointed as an expert of the Jiading Hydrogen Energy Port Pollution and Carbon Reduction Think Tank.
The synergy of pollution reduction and carbon reduction also needs the support of regional linkage, and the "Jiakun Tai Low Carbon Alliance" was officially established at the event. Teng Yun, Secretary of the Party Leadership Group and Director of the Jiading District Ecological Environment Bureau, Gao Yan, Deputy Director of the Suzhou Kunshan Ecological Environment Bureau, and Lin Yun, Deputy Director of the Suzhou Taicang Ecological Environment Comprehensive Administrative Law Enforcement Bureau, jointly put together the "one map" of the Jiakun Taicang Low Carbon Alliance.
At the event site, Teng Yun, Secretary of the Party Leadership Group and Director of the Jiading District Ecological Environment Bureau, issued an initiative to promote the accelerated development of new quality productivity. Actively promote the green transformation and upgrading of industry, continuously improve energy efficiency and cleanliness level, enterprises adapt to the requirements of green and low-carbon development, strengthen the awareness of environmental responsibility, improve the level of green innovation, and continue to research and explore new paths for the coordinated promotion of pollution reduction and carbon reduction. It is necessary to guide the construction of a green and low-carbon lifestyle. Widely publicize the concept of low-carbon development, popularize knowledge of climate change, enhance the low-carbon awareness of the whole people, and advocate simple, moderate, green and low-carbon production and lifestyle. Promote the whole people to be more diligent and thrifty, green and low-carbon in clothing, food, housing, transportation, travel, etc., and cultivate and lead a new low-carbon trend. We need to actively participate in global climate governance. We will further implement the "dual carbon" goal, vigorously promote the synergy of pollution reduction and carbon reduction, increase the construction of "low-carbon city", "zero-waste city" and "sponge city" in Jiading New Town, actively respond to climate change, and develop green, low-carbon and high-quality in the whole region.
Since the beginning of this year, enterprises in Jiading District have actively promoted green transformation, and achieved good results in evaluation and creation activities at all levels, and the activities also organized on-site awards for enterprises that have won the national green factory, Shanghai Zero Carbon Creation Benchmarking Enterprise - Zero Carbon Factory Award, Shanghai Zero Carbon Creation Park Award, Jiading District Pollution Reduction and Carbon Reduction Synergy Advanced Enterprise, and Shanghai Pollution Reduction and Carbon Reduction Synergy Typical Case.
The zero-carbon hydrogen storage source-grid-load-storage integration demonstration project is also an industrial focus of Jiading Hydrogen Energy Port, aiming to promote the overall integrated planning of wind, solar, and storage new energy resources in Shanghai by exploring small-scale source-grid-load-storage demonstration projects, and explore solutions to solve the supply and utilization of new energy from the four ends of "source", "grid", "load" and "storage".
