The functions of the platform are constantly innovating, the scope of customers is gradually expanding, and the business handling is more fair, open and just.
State Grid Gansu Electric Power Co., Ltd. has deepened the application of new energy cloud, fully served the construction and grid connection of major projects such as the "Shagehuang" large-scale wind power photovoltaic base project in Gansu, and greatly reduced the processing time of grid-connected business of new energy power generation projects;
In addition, the new energy cloud can also calculate the new energy consumption capacity of sub-regions and provinces on a rolling basis, predict the annual and medium- and long-term new energy power generation, utilization rate, new consumption space and other indicators, guide the scientific development and rational layout of new energy, and promote the increase of new energy power generation and utilization rate.
In April 2023, the North China Branch of the State Grid organized and carried out the "14th Five-Year Plan" and "15th Five-Year Plan" new energy consumption analysis and centralized work of the Beijing-Tianjin-Tangzhou Power Grid, based on the new energy cloud platform to scientifically build a power system production simulation model that is more consistent with the actual operation, and carried out the calculation of the new energy consumption utilization rate of the Beijing-Tianjin-Tangzhou Power Grid in 2025 and 2030, and supported and proposed comprehensive measures to promote the consumption and utilization of new energy.
02
Build a "cloud" ecosystem to ensure the safe, stable and high-quality development of the industrial chain
The new energy cloud covers the whole life cycle links of the new energy industry, such as wind and solar resources, development planning, power station construction, access and grid connection, subsidy settlement, and upstream and downstream enterprises, and promotes the digital transformation and upgrading of the industrial chain and supply chain.
The new energy industry involves planning, construction, grid connection, operation, trading, subsidies, settlement and other links, among which the subsidy link is of great significance to ensure the safety and stability of the industrial chain and supply chain.
By the end of 2023, a total of 44 batches of subsidy projects have been announced, with an installed capacity of more than 210 million kilowatts. While these new energy enterprises have obtained the qualification of national renewable energy subsidies through the application and confirmation of new energy cloud subsidies, they can also apply for green loans in combination with relevant local policies to expand operating funds.
It is understood that in addition to the subsidy declaration business process, the new energy cloud also provides related auxiliary services, such as the convergence of wind, solar, hydrogen storage, new energy industry chain map, industrial cluster distribution and capacity analysis, to support the planning and layout of the new energy industry chain; The feed-in tariff information of renewable energy is displayed to the outside world, making it convenient for power generation enterprise users to view the feed-in tariff and subsidy information of previous years.
In addition, the new energy cloud also plays an important role in promoting the calculation of the carrying capacity of distributed photovoltaic distribution networks.
Since 2022, Henan's newly installed distributed photovoltaic capacity has maintained the first place in the country, and in 2023, it will further leapfrog to the new normal of "one million kilowatts per month". While the installed capacity is increasing rapidly, due to information asymmetry, relevant enterprises and users do not understand the power supply and demand situation. On October 26, 2023, the distributed photovoltaic carrying capacity and openable capacity release platform of Henan Province developed and constructed by State Grid Henan Electric Power Company relying on the new energy cloud was officially put into operation.
