Datang International Tuoketuo Power Plant is a key emission unit in the power generation industry that is included in the carbon market management. It is relatively mature and complete in terms of greenhouse gas data quality management and coal quality collection and processing system construction. On July 16, 2024, it was rated as a National Carbon Market 2023 Trading Progress Enterprise.
Everyone walked into the sample preparation room to get a close understanding of the sample preparation process, asked about the sample preparation method and particle size, and listened carefully to the introduction of the sample preparation standard process by professionals.。
Datang International Tuoketuo Power Plant adopts fully automatic sample preparation equipment to empower fuel management with big data to realize the automation and intelligence of the entire sample preparation process. The average continuous sample preparation time of the automatic sample preparation system is 50 minutes/sample, and the sample preparation work efficiency has been doubled. At the same time, the automatic sample preparation system is closed, equipped with environmentally friendly dust removal functions, and has no dust pollution. The environment of the entire sample preparation room has been fundamentally improved to minimize human intervention.
In the laboratory, everyone learned from the modern management experience of the third team of the Fuel Quality Inspection Department of Datang Tuoketuo Power Plant. The coal testing team won the honorary title of Quality Trustworthy Team in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region in 2019 and 2022 respectively. In 2018, it was recognized by the CNAS Laboratory for the first time. In 2024, it passed the CNAS re-review work of the National Accreditation Commission for the third time.
