The QC topic of "Reducing the Average Monthly Consumption of Nitrogen in VOCs Systems in Raw Material Tanks" declared by Jinling Petrochemical closely follows the energy conservation and environmental protection work of oil storage and transportation equipment, highlights the optimization of processes, equipment, operations, etc., and strictly controls the environmental protection monitoring of non-methane total hydrocarbons in the equipment. Based on data, we try every means to reduce the energy consumption and material consumption of VOCs systems. The QC team ensures that the device has no leaks and saves energy and consumption by finely adjusting the start-up and stop pressure of VOCs units, strengthening VOCs detection and odor control. At present, the unit is controlled by using QC results, and the annual nitrogen consumption is reduced by 50%.

The QC topic of "Improving the Carbon Dioxide Emission Compliance Rate of the Torch Recovery Unit" combines the carbon dioxide emission characteristics of the unit to optimize and adjust operations to maximize the recovery of the flare gas emitted by the upstream unit.
