Tianjin Beichen creates a new green transportation application scenario Introduction of new energy heavy tractors to the cement concrete industry

Recently, Quansheng Jiahong Co., Ltd., a private enterprise in Beichen District, Tianjin City, signed a strategic service contract with FAW Jiefang New Energy Division and held the first delivery ceremony. 10 new energy heavy tractors were delivered. This is a reflection of Beichen District's active cultivation and creation of new green transportation application scenarios around the cement products and concrete mixing station industry.

This delivery ceremony was a scene from the recently held special event at the signing ceremony of the Beichen delivery ceremony of FAW Jiefang's support for the implementation of Tianjin City's "double carbon" goals and the FAW Jiefang New Energy's breakthrough celebration of the 1,000 vehicles in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region.

"New energy trucks have the advantages of low energy consumption, high intelligence, and rapid energy replenishment, which not only reduces operating costs, but also provides more room for reducing charging costs. More importantly, new energy trucks can achieve low-carbon emissions and will play a positive role in accelerating the green and low-carbon transformation of the transportation structure." Ji Yizhi, deputy general manager of FAW Jiefang, said.

In recent years, Beichen District has actively created green and clean transportation scenarios, accelerated low-carbon transformation and upgrading, promoted the transformation of logistics and key industry transportation from traditional fuel vehicles to new energy vehicles, continued to increase the promotion and application of new energy freight vehicles, and the replacement of new energy non-road mobile machinery will be completed ahead of schedule in 2024. 27 mixing station companies, 18 large family vehicle companies and 34 performance improvement companies in Beichen District are negotiating the delivery and use of new energy vehicles, and it is expected to achieve the delivery of nearly 100 new energy heavy trucks before the end of the year.
