Build a panoramic automated smart zero-carbon park and establish Shunxinhui Hubei Logistics Center
On July 3, as China's leading cold chain and supply chain company and a key link of McDonald's China Supply Chain (Hubei) Smart Industrial Park, Shunxinhui Hubei Logistics Center officially opened in Xiaogan, Hubei. The park adheres to green wisdom. Supply chain design concept, while fully introducing ESG management system, is committed to building a demonstration model for a panoramic automated smart zero-carbon park.
Shunxinhui Hubei Logistics Center uses digital means and intelligent technology throughout the entire supply chain construction, allowing digital intelligence capabilities to be closely embedded in the entire supply chain scenario. Among them, Shun Xinhui's first full-scene automated warehouse project independently designed by Shun Xinhui in the park efficiently solves complex storage problems through intelligent control systems and series of automated equipment, automates the entire process of warehousing, storage, and warehousing, and helps the park's overall human efficiency has been improved by 20%; and truly realizes 24-hour uninterrupted "black light operation". This alone is expected to reduce carbon dioxide emissions by more than 30000kg throughout the year.

It is understood that in order to actively respond to the national "double carbon" goal, Shunxinhui Hubei Logistics Center is guided by ESG management concepts in the entire link from planning, construction, and operation to fully implement green and low-carbon goals. For example, distributed photovoltaic projects have been introduced in the park, with a total installed capacity of 813.73kW; the cold storage adopts innovative refrigeration systems, which reduces energy consumption by 20% to 30% compared with traditional standard cold storage; new insulation materials, automated power supply systems, new energy vehicle charging piles, environmental protection and energy-saving technologies such as LED lighting have comprehensively reduced energy losses. Through the introduction of green energy, energy-saving and carbon-reduction technologies, smart management systems and panoramic automation equipment, Shunxinhui Hubei Logistics Center has passed SGS carbon neutrality certification in the first phase and will receive LEED certification for green buildings.
Previously, Shun Xinhui relied on advanced supply chain innovation technologies and green supply chain management measures to jointly develop operations research technology optimization supply chain network planning solutions with McDonald's. Through various measures such as improving energy efficiency, developing clean energy, and implementing recycling concepts, we use operational optimization technology and models to help McDonald's build an efficient smart supply chain system, achieve continuous network optimization and comprehensive inventory planning, significantly reduce distribution mileage and improve distribution efficiency. And reduce carbon emissions from logistics and transportation. In April this year, the project won the global finalist award in the Franz Erdman Award, known as the "Nobel Prize" in the field of operational research, becoming the only Chinese project to be shortlisted this year.
