In order to implement the strategic arrangements made at the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, the Third Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee studied the issues of further comprehensively deepening reforms and promoting Chinese-style modernization, and made the following decisions.

1. The significance and overall requirements of further comprehensively deepening reforms and promoting Chinese-style modernization
