Improve the informatization standards for ecological and environmental governance! The "Informatization Standards Construction Action Plan (2024-2027)" was released

Informatization standards are an important part of the national standard system and play a fundamental, overall, fundamental and leading role in informatization development. Recently, the Central Cyberspace Administration, the State Administration for Market Regulation, and the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology jointly issued the "Action Plan for the Construction of Informatization Standards (2024-2027)"(hereinafter referred to as the "Action Plan"), requiring strengthening overall coordination and systematic promotion, and improving the national informatization standard system, improving the comprehensive capabilities of informatization development, and effectively promoting the construction of a network power.

The "Action Plan" proposes to promote the development of informatization standards in eight key areas including key information technology, digital infrastructure, data resources, industrial digitalization, e-government, information benefiting the people, digital culture, and digital green coordinated development.

Among them, in terms of digital and green coordinated development, we must first improve the informatization standards for ecological and environmental governance. Improve informatization standards such as ecological environment monitoring and evaluation, forecasting and early warning, and decision-making analysis, and explore and formulate informatization standards for comprehensive ecological environment prevention and control, protection and restoration, and benefit evaluation. Study and formulate a digital management standard system for natural resources, accelerate the development of intelligent remote sensing monitoring standards for the protection and utilization of natural resources, and support the integrated protection and systematic management of mountains, rivers, forests, fields, lakes, grass and sand. Strengthen the formulation and application of informatization standards for digital twin water conservancy construction, application and evaluation. Strengthen the formulation and application of informatization standards such as climate change monitoring, prediction and risk assessment.

Second, we must improve the standards for digital and green collaborative transformation. Promote digital and green integrated transformation in energy, industry, construction, transportation and other fields, digital energy resource carbon emission management, digital product carbon footprint accounting, and digital identification certification standards for green products. Carry out informatization standards such as carbon sink calculation, evaluation, and trading. Strengthen research on green computing power standards, improve standards such as computing power allocation, energy conservation evaluation, and efficiency evaluation, and promote the intensive and green construction of data centers. Accelerate the formulation and revision of energy-saving and carbon-reduction standards for digital equipment such as data centers, communication base stations, and servers.

Third, we must develop green intelligent living standards. Research and formulate carbon reduction standards for green and low-carbon behaviors, and rely on big data, blockchain and other technologies to study and promote the formulation and revision of personal carbon emission carbon credit standards. Promote the development of standards for mutual recognition and exchange of carbon points in living scenarios such as shared travel and green e-commerce, and advocate a green and low-carbon lifestyle
