Moving towards "green" and enhancing core competitiveness
With the increasing global attention to climate change, my country has clearly proposed that carbon dioxide emissions should peak before 2030 and strive to achieve the goal of carbon neutrality by 2060. In this context, traditional oil fields are facing huge pressure for low-carbon green transformation. In this regard, Henan Oilfield has comprehensively reduced energy consumption in the field of oil and gas production, increased the proportion of clean energy such as natural gas, vigorously produced green chemical products, made every effort to transform into a modern comprehensive energy company, and continuously enhanced the core competitiveness of old oil fields.
With the help of low-carbon technology, oil and gas production has become "green". Meeting the emission standards of coal-fired boilers 'pollutant emissions is one of the results of oil fields' efforts to tackle carbon reduction technologies. In response to the problems of high power consumption of motors and low thermal efficiency of boilers in oil and gas production systems, Henan Oilfield has on the one hand increased the implementation of energy efficiency improvement projects for backward motors with high energy consumption, optimized and renovated the water injection pump and water injection system of the joint station, replaced high-energy-consuming motors, and reduced production equipment energy consumption; On the other hand, we are making every effort to tackle technologies such as the deep utilization of boiler flue gas waste heat and the utilization of sewage waste heat, so that the energy consumption "appetite" of gas boilers and resistance heating furnaces will gradually shrink, and achieve clean and green oil and gas production.
Green energy is unveiled to achieve "green" substitution. Implementing green transformation and development and promoting green substitution of energy are an important part. Since the beginning of this year, on the one hand, Henan Oilfield has continued to increase its own potential exploration efforts and accelerated the production of tight gas in the Xunyi exploration area and condensate gas in the Baolang and Anpeng exploration areas; on the other hand, it has used small mobile devices to do everything possible to "drive" the natural gas in the oil well casing and make every effort to increase natural gas production.
Green products have been released and traditional industries have been transformed. Under the situation of shrinking resource potential, if traditional oil fields want to achieve green transformation, they must adhere to the "two legs" of energy supply guarantee and industrial transformation, develop petroleum derivative products, and open up new development tracks. On the one hand, Henan Oilfield uses its own wax resources, brand and technological advantages to vigorously produce green chemical products such as phase change energy storage waxes with outstanding environmental protection properties; on the other hand, through environmental protection technology treatment, it processes oily sludge into bricks or cement that meets the "Agricultural Sludge Pollutant Control Standards", which is favored by construction, electronic temperature control, clothing, cold chain transportation and other fields. So far, the new special wax series products produced by Henan Oilfield and the amount of processed oily sludge have increased significantly year-on-year, and new steps have been taken in the transformation and upgrading of the chemical industry.
