"Digital Intelligence" carbon control visible data makes saving no longer difficult

Among them, Midea General Refrigeration Equipment Co., Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as Chongqing Midea) located in Nan 'an District uses digital technology to visualize various energy data, achieve risk prediction and decision control, and promote fine management of carbon emissions.
Wang Lei, member of the Party Leadership Group and Deputy Director of the Economic Information Committee of Nan 'an District, told reporters that in recent years, Nan' an District has increased financial support and introduced ten policies and measures for the Chongqing Economic Development Zone of Nan 'an District to promote the manufacturing industry to jump, and provided financial rewards to newly identified national-level green supply chains, national-level green factories, city-level green factories, etc., to support the green and low-carbon development of enterprises. So far, 14 companies including Maxim Mason have successfully established municipal-level green factories, 4 companies including Chongqing Midea have successfully established national-level green factories, and Chongqing Economic and Technological Development Zone has successively been established as Chongqing-level and national-level green parks.
Nan 'an District also actively guides enterprises to carry out energy conservation, carbon reduction, and industrial upgrading, guides enterprises to compete for funds and project projects, and further improves the level of clean production. Among them, Chongqing Midea's energy-saving and carbon-reduction technical transformation project for key energy-using equipment in its refrigeration production line, Midea's cooling water system optimization and energy management system construction project also received special financial support.
At Chongqing Midea's Smart Operation Center, various data such as the company's electricity consumption, water consumption, photovoltaic power generation, and total carbon emission reduction are intuitively presented on the large screen of the system.
"It's clear at a glance how much energy is used, and how to save it." The person in charge of Chongqing Midea told reporters that in 2022, Chongqing Midea will try to explore "digital intelligence" carbon control based on the application of green electricity and upgrading equipment, and will introduce a complete set of digital platforms including smart energy management systems, smart carbon management systems and smart operations.
It is understood that this company uses the intelligent energy management system to achieve real-time monitoring, dynamic analysis, and optimization control of energy use. At the same time, the intelligent carbon management system connects data from each production workshop and uses algorithms to analyze the energy consumption of each item. Data analysis, generate carbon management reports, achieve traceability of high carbon emissions, and provide carbon management suggestions to meet the needs of scientific carbon management.
Data shows that in 2022, Chongqing Midea's carbon emissions per unit of output value will decrease by 4% compared with 2021, energy efficiency will increase by 8%, and a total of 6700 tons of carbon emissions will be reduced.
