From June 20 to 22, a technical training and exchange meeting for PetroChina heavy oil extraction and CCUS carbon asset development was held in Liaohe.

Representatives of the Exploration and Development Research Institute and the New Energy Business Department reported on the oil and gas production situation of Liaohe Oilfield and the progress of the new energy business stage respectively, Yanshan University reported on the carbon dioxide leakage monitoring system and buried inventory accounting method of the CCUS-EOR project, and the Carbon Assets Research and Development Center of Daqing Oilfield Design Institute reported on the development of CCER carbon assets.
