In the vast 10,000 acres of fast-growing artificial forest in Chile, South America, a eucalyptus tree grows into a square piece of wood the size of a coin after being cut by machine. It boarded the world's largest specialized wood chip transport ship and crossed the ocean to Rizhao.
In Rizhao Port, the country's largest wood chip receiving and unloading port, the wood chips are transported by belt conveyors to Asia Symbol's wood chip yard, which is 800 meters away in a straight line. This is more effective than trucking to reduce air pollution.
After arriving at the yard, large-scale intelligent reclaiming equipment continuously transports wood chips to the pulp production line not far away. Here, large-scale advanced pulp and paper production equipment imported from Finland, Austria and other countries is the protagonist. In the paddle shop, the pulp board machine runs at a maximum speed of 250 m/min, and the 8-meter-wide paddle board is cut into 12 equal pieces and fed into the baling line.
The packing line machine is running at high speed, and the rows of neatly placed pulp boards are ready to be packed and shipped to downstream customers across the country.

The white mud produced in the causticizing reaction is calcined in a lime kiln, and the lime produced is recycled as a raw material at the beginning of causticization. We have also built the country's first large-scale urban reclaimed water reuse project, receiving the reclaimed water discharged after treatment by the Rizhao Domestic Sewage Treatment Plant, which can save tens of millions of tons of fresh water resources every year after retreatment.
After several processes, the impurities mixed with the wood chips are gradually removed and turned into high-quality chemical wood pulp (wet pulp) with delicate texture, and then through different processes, it will be turned into household paper, cultural paper, or white cardboard, which is used for the packaging of various high-end products.
