The main responsible comrades of Shouguang Branch of the Weifang City Ecological Environment Bureau delivered a speech, calling on people from all walks of life who care about ecological and environmental protection to fulfill their environmental protection responsibilities, protect the ecological environment, and jointly build beautiful Shouguang with a high degree of political consciousness, ideological consciousness and action consciousness. Since the Party Leadership Group of Shouguang Branch and the Party Committee of the Provincial Academy of Environmental Sciences signed a party-building and co-construction agreement on February 27, 2023, and established the "Shouguang Branch of Shandong Environmental Hospital", both parties have actively explored new ideas, new models, and new approaches of "party building leads deep integration of business", give full play to the advantages of Shouguang Branch's platform, and use the three platforms established by both parties to jointly tackle environmental hospitals, create ecological civilization, Nine systematic projects including the low-carbon development demonstration zone. For more than a year, the Provincial Academy of Environmental Sciences has provided high-quality expert training services to more than 230 enterprises in Shouguang City; provided free expert consulting services to more than 10 domestic waste enterprises; and facilitated 14 cooperation projects with Shouguang enterprises and ecological environment management departments, providing excellent technical support for Shouguang ecological restoration, environmental protection housekeeper services, and third-party team management and control.
In order to make full use of the advantages of Shandong Environmental Hospital's technical strength, provide professional and efficient high-quality environmental protection services for Shouguang's ecological and environmental protection, and assist Shouguang's sustainable development and green and low-carbon transformation, this exchange meeting invited a number of experts from the Shouguang Branch of the Environmental Hospital to discuss the solid waste management and new chemical substance management registration of production enterprises, environmental protection procedures management requirements and matters needing attention for construction projects, the Interim Regulations on the Management of Carbon Emissions Trading, Exchange and interpretation of technical points for the investigation of potential soil pollution hazards and self-monitoring of soil and groundwater, and conduct on-site "free diagnosis and answer questions" to provide "prescriptions for diagnosis and treatment" for enterprises.
