"Most of the components of the prefabricated building are completed in the factory, and the installation of water and electricity can be carried out simultaneously with the main installation, and the overall delivery time is 30% to 50% faster than that of traditional buildings. A few days ago, at the construction site of the COFCO Inland Port International Silk Road Center (West District) project in Chanba International Port, Xi'an City, Shaanxi Province, Sun Changsheng, the project leader of the construction unit, introduced.

It is understood that the total construction area of this project is about 102,000 square meters, including 8 main buildings, 2 floors of underground garage, and the planned building functions include commercial, office, hotel, etc. The project is a frame structure, all high-rise buildings are built by prefabricated + aluminum mold construction process, and the prefabricated components include laminated panels, stairs, partition panels, etc., of which the single-layer laminated panels cover 86% of the area, and the prefabricated stairs account for 100%.

"Compared with traditional buildings, the core advantage of prefabricated buildings is to reduce pollutant emissions and carbon emissions. Sun Changsheng said.

This project uses core technologies such as the Internet of Things, building information modeling, big data, and artificial intelligence to build a smart construction site platform to provide intelligent solutions for the project to improve production efficiency, save costs, and control risks. The smart construction site platform includes multiple intelligent systems such as intelligent monitoring, environmental monitoring, tower crane monitoring, automatic sprinkler, etc., to create a smart construction site through intelligent management, so that the project can achieve both benefits and efficiency.
