On May 28, the first phase of the 3.2-million-kilowatt photovoltaic project of the 4-million-kilowatt wind power and photovoltaic integration project in Nilek County undertaken by China Construction Second Engineering Bureau was successfully connected to the grid with 2-million-kilowatt installed capacity of 2000MW and will provide more than 3 billion kilowatts of clean electricity every year. The project is located in Nilek County, Yili Kazakh Autonomous Prefecture, Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, with a construction capacity of 3.2 million kilowatts of fixed-angle photovoltaic system. It is planned to build three 220kV booster collection stations and one 110kV booster station. After the project is completed, it can provide 5.8 billion kilowatt-hours of clean electricity to the power grid every year. After it is put into operation, it can save about 1.73 million tons of standard coal and reduce carbon emissions by 4.72 million tons every year. In order to help the country achieve the "double carbon" strategic goal and accelerate Xinjiang's regional energy transformation and promotion of power market construction provide guarantees.

The project team used surveying and mapping drone +DJI Terra+ drawing technology to independently develop three-dimensional lightweight, three-dimensional visualization management technology and CAD+ satellite positioning technology for mountain photovoltaic projects to re-measure all pile foundation points on site, effectively solving the problem of finding accurate construction points. The project team explored the entire process of front-end design, drawing optimization, and construction process improvement, using technology to empower efficient construction, improve construction efficiency, and ensure construction quality.

Relying on terrain advantages and lighting conditions, the project makes full use of mountainous areas that were originally unusable and saves valuable land resources. With the help of the photovoltaic power generation industry, we will establish a new development model of "complementary animal husbandry and light" and vigorously develop the economy under the "board". Power generation on the board and sheep farming under the board. Under the "protection" of photovoltaic panels, not only can the mountainous vegetation be protected from the scorching sun and strong winds, but also protect the farmed animals. This model will not affect animal husbandry, nor will it affect the power generation efficiency, achieving two-way benefits for photovoltaic companies and farmers and herdsmen. At the same time, the construction of photovoltaic power stations in mountainous and hilly areas can effectively prevent wind and sand fixation, improve soil erosion problems to a certain extent, and contribute to the improvement of the local ecological environment and climate. The "complementary animal husbandry and light" model not only promotes the green and low-carbon development of the photovoltaic new energy industry, but also accelerates the transformation and upgrading of the ecological animal husbandry industry, transforms into a virtuous cycle of grassland ecology and modernization, green and sustainable development, and achieves efficient breeding and photovoltaic ecological restoration."Win-win" goal.
