Anchor the development goals of high-end, intelligent and green low-altitude economy, strengthen policy supply and technical support, stimulate market vitality, organically combine low-altitude economic development with ecological civilization construction, and continuously cultivate and expand new growth points for low-altitude economic green development. Strengthen departmental coordination, initiate the preparation of supporting standards for green development of low-altitude economy, provide more policy support for high-level ecological and environmental protection in fields such as general airport construction, electric aircraft manufacturing, jet fuel production and use, and low-altitude short-distance transportation, and accelerate the development of low-altitude economic industries. Green transformation under the rigid constraints of the dual carbon "strategy. Promote international cooperation and mutual recognition of standards and norms, and enhance the international competitiveness and market voice of my country's green low-altitude economy. Build a market-oriented low-altitude economic green technology innovation system, explore and form sustainable business models and mature service solutions, and gather low-altitude green economy professional and technical compound talents. Promote the further improvement of energy conservation, emission reduction, and noise reduction performance of low-altitude economic aircraft, comprehensively improve the green manufacturing level and remanufacturing capabilities of aircraft, and build a number of low-altitude economic aircraft green manufacturing industrial clusters according to local conditions. Do a good job in ecological design of low-altitude aircraft, and give priority to steel, aluminum alloys, polymer materials, etc. with low carbon footprints as raw materials for the production and manufacturing of low-altitude aircraft, so as to achieve easy recycling and reuse of key components and basic components.
