The "Green, Low Carbon and Environmental Protection Road" has the following advantages:

Compared with traditional concrete, the non-aggregate semi-rigid C30 concrete used in road construction has good adaptability to raw materials. It does not need to use fine and coarse aggregates, does not need to impose strict grading requirements, and uses solid waste of 0-5mm blast furnace water slag. 90% of the main raw material, and only 0.2% of the coagulant is added, which greatly simplifies the production process of non-aggregate semi-rigid C30 concrete, significantly reduces the demand for traditional materials such as sand and gravel, and reduces the need for mining, with significant environmental benefits.

The coagulant is easy to use, just add water in a ratio of 1:10 to dissolve and stir. The environmentally friendly patented coagulant itself has no peculiar smell and is very convenient to transport and store.

The road construction process does not cause secondary pollution to the environment, and road maintenance is very simple. Only a layer of plastic film needs to be laid on the road surface without watering. The road strength, braking coefficient, silence, freeze-thaw, and high temperature are all superior to traditional roads and have anti-slip characteristics. After actual measurement, vehicles can pass three days after repair, and the quality is better than traditional roads. The construction process is simple to learn, and workers can easily master the construction and solidify materials to improve construction efficiency, bringing new options and development opportunities to rural road construction.

The project has reduced carbon emissions by 100 tons, reduced sand and gravel by 2700 cubic meters, and recycled blast furnace water slag by 6000 tons.
